  • How can you help me transform my life?

    I know that we all have innate gifts, wisdom, and talents that can lead to personal evolution and transformation. I support your efforts in moving from where you are now to where you want to be. In my coaching, happiness, health, and wholeness are the main themes.

    I believe that as a Life Coach, I can support you by showing processes that help transform your thinking. You'll start to find wisdom in the moment using easy practices like positive self-talk, reframing, and taking a moment to accept and acknowledge your feelings. I'll teach you some daily habits for self-love, acceptance, and being okay with not always feeling okay.

  • What can you expect from life coaching?

    In our coaching commitment, you'll always know that we are working together for your best life and greater good. I will listen to what is working for you or against you. You will come to find clarity and feel an energetic boost with each coaching session. During a 3-month commitment, a revitalization of your life force will begin, showing you life experiences that feel better to you.

  • What is your coaching background?

    In addition to a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern Oregon State University, I have a Professional Coaching Certification through Erickson Coaching International in Vancouver, Canada, and have been offering one-on-one coaching sessions since 2006. I am constantly learning and finding success with the support of a multitude of spiritual teachers and ancient wisdoms. I became a member of Sokka Gakai International in 2002 and continued my Buddhist practice. When I am not coaching, I enjoy yoga, swimming, gardening, music, and the great outdoors. I've also traveled to many countries and have friends around the world. I believe that my happiness is the most important thing that contributes to the happiness and peace of our collective world.

  • What is the life coaching process like?

    The coaching journey starts with a pre-coaching call, helping clients decide if our partnership suits their needs. I explain our hourly sessions and answer any queries. After agreeing to proceed, clients sign a coaching agreement and make a payment, marking the start of our 3- to 12-month journey. Even those new to coaching quickly adapt to its transformative impact.

    In the early weeks, clients notice significant changes as they apply coaching tools daily. Sessions are for practicing these tools, receiving feedback, and guidance on challenges and goals. Support continues outside sessions through coaching notes and mid-week texts. Monthly, we assess progress and fine-tune goals, allowing tailored adjustments to the coaching process.

    The journey leads clients to become their own coach. As they master coaching techniques, they determine when they're ready to independently manage their growth, using skills and insights from our collaboration. This approach helps clients maintain positive changes beyond our formal coaching relationship, evolving into self-empowered individuals.
